Do you do App development as well?
Yes, of course. We use React Native to develop mobile apps. Also, we create custom UI/UX designs for your app and then the development will be done.
Can I get a refund?
Katsustudio does not have a refund policy, however, customers can request for a review. Your request will be sent to the team assigned to your project and they fix any possible issues or bugs pointed out by the customer. If the issues we still there, the customer can request for a review for the second time. This time the head of the support team will get involved and then it will be reviewed for the second time. This time all the errors will be gone. This is considered a part of our free post-project support plan as well.
Do you offer discounts for custom design or custom development?
Yes, we do offer discounts based on the nature of the project.
Do you do Shopify development?
No, at the moment we do not accept Shopify projects, however, Shopify projects will be accepted as well.
How should I pay for my project?
Katsustudio will prepare the invoice for you after the project cost and time is designated. There will be 2 or 3 payments with three invoices. 50% should be paid at the beginning of the project and the next 50% is paid after the delivery. Sometimes, the percentages is different.
Do I get support after the project delivery?
Yes, Katsustudio offers 1 month of free support. After that, you need to purchase a support package separately. However, for those who had a project with Katsu Studio, they have 30 days of free support plus they should check the website and the project for any possible issues. If the issues are reported during these 30 days, they will be fixed for Free, however, if not then it would be considered a web design project and it will be a paid one.
